Loza Builders Construction and Design accepts agents or referrers who would like to earn extra income by referring our construction company – Loza Builders.

We give commission for every successful construction contract referred.

Payment will be given upon full down payment of referred client.

Our current rate for house construction (standard finish) is  around P22,000-P24,000 per sqm. Price may vary depending on the design, location, additional specifications and other factors.  This is already inclusive of the plan, labor and materials as well as building permit and other fees. But in cases such as townhomes, apartments, buildings or other commercial and indsutrial structures, the price per square meter may still negotiable.

Sample Computation:

For a  100sqm. floor area, it would cost approximately P2.2M-P2.4M (inclusive of bedrooms, granite tiles in the first floor, ceramic tiles on the second floor, granite slab kitchen counter, cabinets in kitchen and bedrooms, 1 bath tub, terrace). The gate, garage, and fence are computed separately. The price may still vary depending on negotiation.
